xmllint --schema ../../docs/vocabFrameworkSchema.xsd out/vocabDefn.xml

use xsltproc to generate schema from vocabDefn.xml

xsltproc ../../docs/xlst_xdsSchemaGen.xml out/vocabDefn.xml > out/vocab.xsd

check vocabSample.xml

xmllint --schema out/vocab.xsd out/vocabSample.xml
